ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Parents are required to collect the form online through here www.riskoderma.com .
- After submission of the form along with the relevant documents (list below), an admission test (syllabus available on the school website) will be scheduled by the school office.
- Candidates who qualify will be called for an interaction with the school authorities along with their parents. Parents are requested to carry the original documents to the school on the date of the interaction for verification.
- Documents required (Toddler to Grade v)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Color photographs of child & parents
- Blood Group Certificate
- Photocopy of PAN card (any one parent)
- Aadhaar Card of parent (any one) & student (if available)
- Certificate of Health by a registered medical practitioner
- Photocopy of last Report card (wherever applicable)
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
